News: Masood Butt shoots 'Dhamal' at studio

LAHORE: Director Masood Butt has shot the "Dhamal" of his film "Nach Ke Yar Manana" in the studios instead of Shahbaz Qalander's Shrine. According to details Masood Butt had planned to shoot the exclusive "Dhamal" with Shan and Sana. All the preparations for recording at Sehwan Sharif were complete and the crew was about to leave when Masood Butt changed his mind and carried out the shooting within the studio. The actors were greatly disappointed to have missed the chance of visiting the shrine of the great saint. The film was speedily moving towards its completion, sources added.

News: Baabar Ali busy with Door Dil Se

LAHORE: Actor Baabar Ali is busy with the preparations of drama serial "Door Dil Se" for a private TV channel. The drama serial will be his first production. The script of the play has been written by Mona Jaffari while the director would be decided within next few days. The cast of the drama includes Sadia Imam, Mona Lisa, Noman Ijaz, Farhan Akhtar and others. Moreover the composition of music and title song for the drama serial is currently being carried out in Karachi.

News: Lailla to make her comeback

LAHORE: Actress Lailla has started searching for film projects once again. She has been away from the film industry since long time but she has decided for comeback after consulting her friends. Sources said She has also contacted many directors and filmmakers to acquire a supporting role in their upcoming projects. She has earlier claimed she would only go four leading roles but now she had shown willingness to appear in supporting roles also.

News: Shazia completes audio album

LAHORE: Singer Shazia Manzoor has completed her new audio album which is expected to be launched in August. The audio album will be simultaneously released in Pakistan, India, Europe and US. The preparations for the music videos of three songs in the album had already started. The music video will be filmed in India and each video will be made by a different director.
